Armed as a Financial Security Advisor, Group Insurance and Group Annuity Plans Advisor, and a passion for getting things done, he is known for turning spreadsheets into stories and goals into game plans. Clients appreciate Michael’s mix of analytical precision and down-to-earth, honest advice.
When not decoding financial trends, Michael might be found blending espresso beans, preparing a sous-vide recipe or cheering on his son Luca’s basketball team, or his daughter Mia’s dance routine, proving that even finance pros know how to have a little fun. She also manages group benefits clients and oversees investment transactions, helping clients meet their financial goals with Michael.

Stella Leuzzi
Marzia has been a licensed Insurance of Persons Advisor with Movative since October 2024, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
Her career began in 2005, and she spent over a decade with Sun Life, where she advanced from Advisor to Sales Manager, a role she held from 2012 to 2024.
In recognition of her leadership and impact, Marzia received the prestigious Field Leader Impact Award in 2024.
Prior to her insurance career, Marzia spent 19 years at RBC, where she held various roles and concluded her tenure at the management level.
Her extensive background in both banking and insurance allows her to provide well-rounded, client-focused advice.
Outside of work, Marzia proudly became a grandmother in 2024 and enjoys traveling to Italy every year, embracing her roots and love for culture.
She is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve financial peace of mind.

He is also inspired by his mother, a hardworking and resilient woman who passed on strong values.
Passionate about baseball, he finds in the sport the same principles that guide him every day: patience, strategy, and teamwork. Like on the field, he believes every decision deserves thought, consistency, and long-term vision.
